You are bidding on a single lot in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas known as Lot 108, Lakewood Addition Block 1.
You are bidding on the outright purchase price of this lakefront lot. No payments. This lot fronts on Parkland Circle and has 77.80 feet of frontage on Greers Ferry Lake.
  Zoning allows for the construction of one single family residence.
You can see other homes in the area along with the lake in the first picture above. The residential lot area up for sale is shaded in.

There are no time limits to build on this lot. It can remain as-is for the any time period you desire.

The lot dimensions are as follows:

75.00 feet fronting on Parkland Circle.

Taxes of $14.34 (Fourteen Dollars Thirty Four Cents) per year will be due by October 15th of this year and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Fairfield Bay is a closed facility. Only lot owners/homeowners are allowed. All facilities are run by the Community Club.

Scenic caves and caverns are also nearby.

Little Rock is about 80 miles South of here.
